At Matern Professional Engineering, we are grateful for our past success and the ability to work with many wonderful clients. Because of this, we believe it is our duty to give back to the community as often as we can. We have donated time, design services and resources to many local charities, foundations and philanthrophies.

We have employees who serve on the boards of ACE Mentoring Program, Harbor House and Child Rescue Network. Many of our employees are involved in CANStruction® benefiting Second Harvest Food Bank, United Diabetes Foundation, A Gift for Teaching and Corporate 5K Runs benefiting different local charities each year.

We have donated engineering services to A Gift for Teaching, Midway Safe Harbor, the Boys & Girls Club, Meals on Wheels Facility, Harbor House, and multiple United Cerebral Palsy Schools in Central Florida.

Matern supports Education Foundations through golf tournament participation, various reception attendance, as well as other given opportunities such as school supply drives.

In addition, we embrace helping causes such as Killarney Elementary’s Soldier Supply Drive, the Boys & Girls Club Bowl-A-Thon and Duval County Public School’s Green Champions Drive.
