Our Engineers consistently look for the most cost-effective cooling and heating systems available for our clients’ needs. We have been involved in the design of more than 150 major HVAC infrastructure, equipment replacement and DDC controls projects over the past 25 years. In addition, we have provided complete mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services on over 500 complex/phased renovation construction projects in the past 25 years.
Our experience includes complex phased HVAC and controls renovations such as a five-phased renovation to the Orange County Administration Building and a campus-wide boiler and heating hot water/chilled water infrastructure replacement for Florida School of The Deaf and The Blind 186-acre campus.
Some of our larger mechanical related projects are for clients such as Orlando International Airport, OUCooling, Lockheed Martin, Florida Gulf Coast University, The Villages at Lady Lake, and over 35 government agencies, school districts and colleges in Florida. We recently finished the mechanical design for the South Terminal’s Automated People Mover (APM) and Intermodal Terminal Facility (ITF) Complex for Orlando International Airport, a $200+ million project which became operational in 2018.
