"Launch That" Office Headquarters

Launch That, LLC

Launch That, LLC occupies the second floor of Downtown Orlando's One South Orange five-story, 104-old building (one of the oldest buildings in Downtown Orlando). With visions of being a leader in sustainability in Orlando, the firm wanted to bring the old office midrise into this century for itself and the building’s other tenants. The goal was to “make it as functionally relevant as any building built in the last 10 years while preserving the character,” such as exposed brick, original hardwood floors, columns, and building details.

Phase 1 consisted of completing an existing building condition assessment for the MEP/FP systems.

Phase 2 was to provide a complete building energy model and base template to review future design options and considerations for the building.

Phase 3 was to implement the MEP/FP design to encompass the decisions made by the Owner from the assessment & energy model options.

Phase 4 included the construction administration to observe the work.
